Adding and deleting mods from Classic!

Hello all.

I have been playing the tekkit classic for quite some time. I have recently been getting into the hexxit mod and really liking it! I was wondering if there is a way to add a few things into the tekkit classic mod pack. I really want the following:

better dungeons (i believe thats the one that adds strongholds etc?)

battle towers

the smeltery

the tool/weapon crafting that uses stencils stencils and casts?

the advanced crops where you can grow ore

and the mod that increases look finds, ie; finding diamonds near the surface

I would also like to remove Equiv exchange as I find it makes the game a little boring. Tried to simply copy and paste the mods files into the tekkit folder but didn't work.

Any suggestions?
