Error download Modpacks via. Technic Launcher

Launcher Version: 2.0.0.253

Operating System: 64-Bit Operating System, AMD FX-4300 Quad-Core Processer

Java Version: 7.0.250.17

Antivirus Program: AVAST! Free Anti-Virus

Description of Problem:

I am trying to download Hexxit for a series in going to make for youtube and when ever i hit login, it gets an error, Ive tryed all the other packs and they wont load either, i tryed re-installing java and the launcher and it keeps getting worse, i scanned it and everything. PLZ HELP D:
