How to disable items for server without error?

Hello everyone.

I'm running into a bit of a problem with my tekkit server. When I go into the config to disable items like backpack and such, the server won't work. When i change the backpack ID from 5601 to 0 it says "ID is mismatched between world and game"

is there any fix to this?

if you want to disable items that way, you have to change it both on the server and in the clients, there are better plugins for doing it, or you could change the recipe to not be obtainable.
