Need help with lockette

I'm not totally sure if i am posting in the correct place, but i need help with getting lockette to work on my new tekkit classic server. I brought it up today, installed some plugins, but i can't seem to get lockette to work. I'm currently hosting off of www.beastnode.com, and i have no clue how to get bukkit plugins to work. Please help!

Maybe you could ask for help at the plugin's site or the Server Op Swap Shop section?
