technic launcher wont install the mods of my modpack

Helle everyone now I know this is my second help request, now I can make the modpack good.

Now technic installs the mods because they are in %appdata%, only in game they wont work.

You maybe think the mods cant work together but I only put CodeChickenCore and NEI as the mods.

Even that didn't work, here are my link for the files

Did you intend to make the modpack for Minecraft version 1.4.7?

If so, did you download the right versions of the mods included?
