Missing files in downloads.

Description of Problem:

I've tried a few modpacks through the Tehcnic launcher and very often there are files missing. For example, sound files. It will only download some of them.

I've tried redownloading but different files are always missing.

For some reason, sound files download as you play. I'm not completely sure where the logic in this is, but that's from Minecraft's end. Copying the resources folder from Vanilla Minecraft should work fine if you don't want to wait for the weird downloading to do it's work.
