Hexxit Server Deleting Modded items from world

I am trying to start a small private hexxit server (multimc) and everytime I start up the world whether its generated with the server or if I place in a singleplayer world it deletes all mod realted items in the chunks i have loaded. It's as if the server is treating it like a vanilla server and as if those items aren't in the game. idk if this is a config problem or what but it's really weird.

EDIT: I fixed it and feel really stupid. I somehow managed to delete the mod files i just readded them and now it's working fine.
