Tekkit Classic Installation Issues

Okay, Hey everyone. I've been having this issue for a bit now, and my friends really want me to get it fixed, so I've resorted to the Forums.

Okay, so ever since about a month ago, I went to log into Tekkit (Classic) and then logged onto my favorite server. However, when I logged into it, My Tekkit crashed. So i tried on another server. Crash. Naturally, I deleted the modpack and re-installed it. Except now, when i installed it, I failed. Ever since then, I couldn't install because any time I tried to install it I got this error message:

Error downloading file for the following pack: Tekkit Classic

Failed to download http://mirror.technicpack.net/Technic/mods/computercraft/computercraft-v1.33.zip

Please consult the modpack author.

Please, Someone, help me out here! I really really wanna play Tekkit but I can't.

Delete your entire Technic folder. If that fails download it manually.

Thank you. I tried that, but yet it didn't work. However I would be able to install it manually, but I don't know where to get a manual download. Could you possibly provide me link?

Place it in your mods folder

what if i dont have a mods folder? and when i make a mods folder it all the files gets deleted and i get the same error but with balkonsweaponmod
