Hexxit Server/client problems

Hey! i haev a problem with my hexxit, i have updated to the latest hexxit version 1.0,4 but when i try to connect to my own server, it comes up this message

The server requires mods that are absent or out of date on your client. i have the latest version but i dunno why its not working. Fast help please, my little sister wants to play;)

You need to update your Hexxit modded minecraft,than you can play on your server.Well lets hope this helpd you. :)
