i did, it gets to 100% and says it failed

Mine gets to 16 or 17 percentage at the most then it fails D;

I was messing around with the folders (btw i use winrar) and i found out that the meta_inf file thing is in the fml file. I tried to go in and delete it (there was a error message pop up) and it wouldnt let me access the folder. I tried adding the folders to the anti virus and firewall so they were allowed, didnt work. I also tried to delete the meta_inf but an error message popped up and i couldnt delete it. There was another pop up saying unexpected end of archive. Plz help. P.S. I have no idea what most of that means :/
