Fails to download customport

Title: Fails to download customport

OS: windows 7 pro 64 bit

Java Version: version 7

Description of Problem:

Whilst setting tekkit up, it always fails at the customport download. I have deleted what files it has downloaded and redownloaded them but still has not helped. I have played previously on this computer and it worked fine apart from now after redownloading it.

Error Messages:

Error downloading file for the package: tekkit

Failed to download http://mirror.technicpack.net/technic/mods/customport/customport-v1.5.1.zip

Same thing happened to me what you have to do is turn off your firewall or security by clicking on the little up arrow on the bottom right corner click unload and that should help!
