Your supposed to have the bin, config, coremods, and mods folder directly in the zip, not in another folder in the zip. Well I really don't have the time to check out your mod set up. Just make sure everything is for the version of minecraft your pack runs off. It should Forge universal downloaded from http://files.minecraftforge.net/ however when I rename your modpack.jar to modpack.zip it's not accessible. Redownload Forge from the link above and rename the downloaded file to modpack.jar and put that in your modpack instead. Oh also you realise half the mods you've added are for Minecraft 1.5.2 and the others for Minecraft 1.6.2? These aren't going to work...
