Description of Problem:

This is my first time playing Hexxit. So I have to Install it and when I do It interupts in the middle of it with Failed to download http://mirror.technicpack.net/Technic/mods/wildcaves3/wildcaves3-v0.4.2.zip

i solved it the problem was the website the mod was downloaded was blocked so i just went to it and unblocked it
