"Took to long to log in" on my own server

Question

Launcher/pack Version: Technic Launcher Build 0.5.4.8

Operating System: Windows XP 32 bit

Version of Java: 7 (1.7u3, the one on the homepage. 32 bit version, ofc)

Description of Problem: I am running a server on my own personal computer, yet when I attempt to log in, I get a "Took to long to log in" error. I feel like I am running the wrong version of something, I am just not sure of what yet. If you can point me towards finding the version of tekkit that I am running, I will be able to provide that as well.

Error Messages: Disconnected by server: Took to log to log in

Link to pastebin of log: http://pastebin.com/4S9JSqMK

Also, I have no idea if the error message pertains in any way to the current issue, however it was the most recent error message; I.E. it happened close to, if not at the same time I had my issue. Also, for some reason the fifth time I started this it told me there was an update for Tekkit. Soo....

Well, for some reason it connected this time. I direct connected and added the port number to the end of the IP address. It whitescreened, and the server thing displayed every mod in the tekkit modpack, then said I "disconnected.EndofStream". I restarted the Technic Launcher and voila! Although, I'm not quite sure what I did. If you could that part out, I would love you forever, because this whole round robin thing took 20 minutes.

I've been getting similar connection issues. I think that this is symptomatic of Minecraft.net server issues. If login validation with Mojang times out then this error occurs. Perhaps there is a high number of logins this holiday weekend?

This happens to me too, you fix it by turning online mode to false in the server config. This makes it so the server will not validate people's accounts with mojang. But you will not get this error again because the server disconnects players who can't be authenticated, so stopping it from trying to solves the problem.
