Hexxit refuses to Install

Hi. When I try to install Hexxit, it stops part of the way through and gives me a message that says:

Error downloading file for the following pack: Hexxit

Failed to download http://mirror.technicpack.net/Technic/mods/wildcaves3/wildcaves3-v0.4.2.zip

Please consult the modpack author.

And then I close the window and Hexxit refuses to finish the installation. I successfully installed Hexxit on my other computer 2 days ago. My Java is version 7 update 25. I have no idea what wildcaves is or are, and I am at a complete loss of what to do.

If you can help, that'd be great.
