Odroid U2 or Acer C7 Chromebook for server?

I was planning on hosting a Tekkit Classic server for school lock-ins. but I'm not sure which to buy, the Odroid U2 or the Acer C7 Chromebook. Both would run ubuntu, and both would run the same server. what I'm wondering is which has better specs for hosting. The server needs to be lagless and host about 10 slots.

Odroid U2:

Processor: exynos4412 quad-core 1.7ghz arm board with 1mb l2 cache.

RAM: 2GB ddr2 800mhz.

Acer C7 Chromebook:

Processor: Intel celeron 64 bit dual-core 1.1ghz with 2MB l3 cache.

RAM: 4GB 1333mhz ddr3
