Setting up server

Me and my friend have attempted to set up the server a lot. We managed to get it running, and NEI shows 11 pages of items from the mods, as well as the diamond chestplate inventory option and co. However we can't take any of the items: 'Cannot find item ID' (or so +/-), we can't access the diamond chestplate menu in inventory. Most noticeably, the world is a vanilla world: no special ores, no dungeons, nothing. Basically the mods *should* be there, but they aren't working. We get a load of warnings upon launching the 'Launch', a few of them are:

We have no idea how to go on from this point, we tried everything..

Those warnings basically mean that the mod author hasn't specified what version of Minecraft the mod is for, at least so Forge can read it. If it hasn't crashed, then its for the right version of Minecraft. Therefore, those are unrelated.

Have you tried starting completely over? Deleting the entire server folder and redownloading?

We fixed it, turns out he launched a faultive application... Thank you anyway! (it's a bit laggy but that'll get sorted with adding more RAM)
