Have to Hold Click to Move Items

Whenever I try to move around stuff in my inventory, instead of the vanilla method, I have to hold click to pick something up and then hover over a slot to drop one item. Also related, I cannot press UI buttons such as next or previous pattern. The reason I did not put this on the bug board is because I don't know if this is intended.
