World Guard for Tekkit 1.5.1?

As most people know, world guard does not protect against tekkit items, and therefore anyone can bypass world guard protections with tekkit items such as a quarry, mining turtle, etc. After searching continuously for a resolution, every plugin to prevent this problem is outdated and only for Tekkit Classic. Why doesn't the new tekkit get any love? Anyone know something I don't?

Cause its new... the old one didnt have anything for a while either, at least not public.
