I keep getting unable to authenticate account with minecraft.net please help

Can you log onto the minecraft.net website? Can you log into vanilla Mincraft (without the launcher)?

Minecraft itself was having problems with their auth servers. Probably not actually related to us. Theres a twitter message about it from Jeb.
