Mod porting to Tekkit/Tutorial? Mo´s food mod

Hey there.

is there any way to get a tutorial/HowTo, to port custom mods to tekkit?

right at the moment i´m interessted in porting mo´s food and crops mod (http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/781133-124smpbukkitmo-foods-and-crops-beer-and-wine-brewing/page__st__20)

It has a bukkit port include but its not tekkit conform as far i know.
