Are there any custom modpacks that focus on creative mode construction?

I realize that any pack can essentially do this, but what I'm wondering is if anyone has made a custom pack that just shoehorns in as many different decorative blocks as possible (essentials being stuff like Microblocks, Carpenter's Mod, etc)

Or would I be better off piecing my own together?

I'd love to see a pack like this too actually. I've been lurking for a while but I couldn't find anything. If your going to build your own pack, can I help. I don't know much about making a mod pack but I know how to cram shittons of mods together, that's a start right?

the only pack that I know of that is meant for creative building is the voxel pack. no idea if someone has a version of it up on the platform or not though.
