The top comes up to about 130, and then when you get underneath there's an entire world down there. Everything is still only accessible by going through the center of the world in order to push more PvP and camping tactics. We're averaging about 13-17 players a day at our peak. We've also pulled all jobs together into one large conglomerate job and made it so that players auto join jobs rather than having to get taught. The server is spectacular considering it started just recently. The disabled items seems like it would be a drag at first but once you start playing you realize it adds more of a challenge and makes the game flow better.
