Title: Hexxit Server Crashes

Description of Problem:

I know that hexxit can be buggy but if there is anything I can do to stop the crashes on my server that would be awesome. If anyone can tell me what all these crashes are for it would be much appreciated. Thank you!

I'm thinking there was an error downloading the files.

I've also heard that Minecraft can misbehave if -xms is too high.
