Technic Launcher won't load

Hey, I didn't find anything on this, and I don't know if I am at the right place but, technic launcher isn't loading.

So, I had to restore my computer, and it of course got rid of everything, so when I got technic launcher, it said this,

"No installation of technic found.

Technic Launcher will install at:

C:\Users\Private\AppData\Roaming\.technic

Would you like to change the install directory?"

I pressed no, then the technic launcher logo thing popped up, and disappeared, I pressed the icon again, and the same thing happened.

Please help, I really like to play Voltz again

Completly remove the techniclauncher, redownload, make a new folder in C:/games/technicpack <-- this is what i use btw you can name it whatever you wish.

Install the pack in that location and then try again.

Note that the actual launcher program can be anywhere.
