Tekkit lite server launch.bat help

I edited my RAM usage on the launch.bat to

java -Xmx1G -Xms1G -jar TekkitLite.jar nogui

pause

Because my OS is 32 bit I couldn't seem to get it to start with 2 gigs otherwise it would complain about not having enough RAM even though I have 4 gigs of RAM but only 3 usable. So the only thing that would get the launch.bat to start downloading files was the 1 gig for some reason. And then after awhile it ran into an error. (log uploaded to mediafire)

If anyone can make sense of the coding would be great. Also using Java 7 update 25

Also I don't know why the text is faded or how to fix it. (I copy pasted from another website so I didn't have to re-type the same thing over and over. The more sources for help the better).
