Low FPS on Gaming Laptop?

I'm only getting about 20 fps on my gaming laptop, pretty much all the settings are on lowest.

My specs are:

nVidia GeForce GTX 560M 1.5GB RAM

8GB RAM

i7 2670QM x8

512GB SSD, 480GB HDD

I seriously have no idea why it's running so slow, my normal Minecraft runs ~150 FPS on highest.
