Hopper Wont Work?

I have a little factory, and one section is an item separator...3 of the hoppers going into chests work...but the 4th one doesn't. I have moved it and everything...what do I do to get it to work? You can open the chest under it too, and the items go into the hopper, they just wont go into the chest.

It might be a different chest. Like a parachest. Make a vanilla one and try again.
