Turtles can't place high speed rails

Tekkit version: 2.1.0

Java: version 7

Server: 2.1.1

Ive been messing around with turtles(part of computercraft) and lua this weekend and put it in to practice with a minecart track builder. I wrote a turtle program that I tested with normal rails, which worked great. But when I loaded it up with high speed rails for the real thing I found out that turtles can't place these tracks.

Is there any way to fix this?

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Can they place things from other mods? they may need some data about block IDs and such...

I did some testing and came to the conclusion that the Turtle can only place items that are in the Block section of the NEI. High speed rails for some reason are in the items category, can I somehow change that?
