Oil bug

Im running the newest version of Voltz (2.0.4) and im attempting to create some missile modules however i cannot get the oil required. The oil appears but is like air, i know this bug has been reported before but i cannot extract the oil no matter what. I have an empty canister in my inventory and i have tried to use the extractor in every possible location but nothing happens. Is anyone else having this problem and is there a known solution?

its a bug, and the only way to get oil (that ik of) is cheating so unless ur playing a server just do that, if ur on a server often they will spawn it in or you may buy it from a shop, if not idk what else to suggest

Actually there is a way to get oil in Voltz 2.0.4, you need to find an edge or lip of flowing oil and then right click on that small rectangular part with an oil extractor till you get some oil, It takes awhile but it is possible.Keep trying till you get some in an empty canister.

from what i remember, you dont need oil for a missle modulal,but still i havent played 4 a while :D
