Electric Expansion gone, Resonant Induction incompatible

Let's say this version, Voltz 2.0.4 has removed electric expansion yet the successor resonant induction only supports 1.6.2. Any alternatives to substitute for the wiring of Fusion reactor in Atomic Science? I'm using Minecraft 1.5.2.

put a cube in the middle of the reactor. each turbine section powers it without fail.

i have tried universal cable to power up the fusion reactor thingy but there's no flow of electricity.

Did you feed the reactor Deuterium first? What kind of power source did you use? Provide more information, and it will be easier to find an answer.
