I don't know if this is a bug or if I'm just extremely unlucky, but after having dug approximately 700 meters of tunnels between level 13 and 15, I have yet to find any copper what so ever. For comparison I have found nine diamonds, two stacks of iron, half a stack of silver, half a stack of lead, a stack of lapis lazuli, six stacks of redstone and some gold, ferrous, tin and quartz. If you don't count the occasianal spelunking I've done and the minerals I've dug, I've dug out 1400 blocks and revealed 4200 blocks.
P.S. My Tekkit version is 1.1.8, but in the "Tekkit Version" field it will only allow me to choose "1_0_3".
