Description of Problem:

Okay so when I start up my Hexxit world it starts to load off at 30 fps, then slowly lowers to 20, then 10, then eventually stays at 5 fps. Whenever I look up at the sky my FPS jumps up to about 90, and then I look back down it slows down again.
