All plugins have started giving me errors!

Hi there,

i own a large private server which i am working up to be a large public server. I had to shut the server down a while ago as i diddent have any time to keep it active. Since then i have restarted it although when ever i have installed a plugin ever since then it gives me a error message whenever i attempt to use any of the commands for the plugin. I have tested 2 plugins so far (super spleef and mobarena). With mobarena i cannot use any commands and with super spleef i can only use the simple create a spleef arena command and nothing else.
