Permissions and Tekkit...

The problem, simply put, is this: No matter what permissions mod I use, no matter what I try to do, I cannot give the permissions for the default group (or anyone except op for that matter) to use commands like /mtod, /rules, /sethome, /home, and /warp, which are all included in the Tekkit installation.

I've been at this for three days, and I can see from Googling that a LOT of people have this issue, but every single post I've found on this topic just gets completely ignored.

I'm guessing there is some intrinsic part of the Tekkit server that is overriding all other permissions mods, and I would like to know how to disable it.

I had this problem and i removed command book to fix it
