Connecting to tekkit server

Title: Connecting to tekkit server

Version: 1_0_3

OS: windows 8 64 bit

Java Version: lastest java. i think its java 7 25

Description of Problem:

The server is up but on the cilent it says server unavailable and when i refresh it says communication error.

We updated it about a week ago and from yesterday we cant get on.

Error Messages:

server unavailable/ communication error
