No Audio

Description of Problem:

Technic refuses to play audio for all installations. I can play minecraft just fine through the launcher from Mojang, but any game I load through technic does not play the audio. There is no audio slider in windows when the game is playing. The sounds have loaded into the resources folder too. I have reinstalled the launcher completely as well as Java. The slider in game is also all the way up and I have also waited for about half an hour to see if the sounds "load in". So far nothing has worked and it seems to be a serious problem as people with the same issue as me also don't seem to have an answer of how to fix it.

Computer: Windows7 64bit, Intel i7 3770k 3.5GHz (OC'd to 4.2GHz), NVidia GTX 670, 8GB Corsair Vengeance RAM

Managed to get it to work by reinstalling and restaring my computer. This forced it to appear in the windows audio mixer. If you can't see it try scrolling, since it might be hidden! Also it had muted itself for no reason. So the only bug would be unintentionally muting itself in the audio mixer.
