Title: Not recognising save

Version: 1_0_4

OS: vista

Java Version: 7

Description of Problem:

So I went on hexxit today and was in the nether dealing with a nether city, gathering loot and ghast tears for crafting etc, when finally done with the nether at that time I went back to the portal that brought me there. When I went through instead of bringing me to te kreknorite portal that I went through it dropped me at a new portal not far from original spawn. Nearby was one of my homes full of loot so I wandered over thinking it still there. It was gone replaced with the cobblestone tower I found when i started the world. Looking around I found hexxit had totally reset the world, houses, meteor landing sites, everything. I exited the world and restarted the comp. When I went on hexxit the world wasnt in the singleplayer list. Ive checked my save folder and the world IS there but hexxit isnt recognising it. This is very annoying as I had a lot of development on that world and Im not willing to start again. Please help!

P.s. the version of hexxit is 1.0.5 but the forum would only let me choose 1.0.4. ?

have you checked inside the folder to see if it even has stuf in it? otherwise have you made a backup of the world at all? or has it automatically made one for you ,being when it crashes usually it makes a backup from my experience? if it has nothing and there are no backups i beleive you'll have to start over and if there is and is backups then just use those otherwise you may have to start over.

Btw the place you are at may look exactly the same to where your home was so maybe its still there but just in a different place i.e. check your map, zoom all out, and see if there is anything, this is highly unlikely though that it may be moved/ look like the same place.
