WHITE SCREEN ON ANY MODPACK LAUNCH

Description of Problem:

I start up the launcher and log in, then select the mod pack i want. it then closes the launcher opens up the mod pack, but it's just a white screen. this is for other downloaded map packs as well as the standard ones.
