Title: Server won't start because ForgeModLoader can't dowload certain files (Server 1.1.8)

Version: 1_0_3

OS: CentOS 6 Linux 2.6.32-358.18.1.el6.x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Java Version: 1.7.0-openjdk

Description of Problem:

Tekkit server does not start. It crashes with download errors on bcprov-jdk15on-148.jar and scala-library.jar. Manually dowloading the files won't help, because FML will dismiss them due to a checksum mismatch.

Our version actually is the 1.1.8 server. This bug report form for some reason only allows me to select 1_0_3.

same problem here! files.minecraftforge.net is available, but it seems they changed their filestructure or similar

To fix this, go to http://files.minecraftforge.net/fmllibs/
Download the following to your "lib" folder:

[*]Remove the ".stash" extension so that the files now end in ".jar"

[*]Run launch.(bat/sh) again

Your server should now work fine...
