Oasis Modpack Dropbox error

Description of Problem:

Hello everybody ,

When I try to download Oasis it gives an error, when i looked it up I discovered that it's a Dropbox problem : Error (509)

This account's public links are generating too much traffic and have been temporarily disabled!

Can someone please put a new file on Dropbox or/and fix the link ?
