Problem with Big Dig Server software

I was trying to update my big dig server and whenever I ran it it gave me an error. So I decided to just donwload the server software and it gave me this error

Please help me I can't run my server if the server software I download isn't working.

I tried manually hitting those links, two of them

gave the 404 page not found error in the web browser.

I'm not the best with mods and versions and that stuff. Do you know of any links that would give me the correct libraries?

Seems like the website is down.

I don't know any places where to get these files.

OK, I loaded the libraries from a backup of my server and it seems to be running fine now. I hope nothing more goes wrong. If you learn anymore later, please tell me.

These may be broken though because no one can join my server but me... I don't know why this is because my server worked perfectly fine yesterday (Aka, I don't think it's the internet). If you could help I would really appreciate it. If you need data on the server I could start a separate page about it because it's unrelated to this problem.

Hey guys, thanks for download link seemed to fix the download error but then you get another after that with nullpointerexception, anyways this just started happening last night and was wondering if this is happening o everyone or just a few people, is it because the servers are down and I just need to wait or is there something I need to fix? anything helps thanks

Just follow the steps here http://forums.technicpack.net/threads/server-bug-wont-download-files.53262/ at the bottom is the files you need to download and the server should work fine with 2 simple steps :D
