Google? Look up your video card (or integrated graphics chipset) and see if you can find a manual or driver update center.

well i tried tht n nothing happened, i updated my computer to windows 7, it worked fine before so idk whats wrong

You need new graphics drivers. He already told you that. You tried googling "How do I update my graphics drivers" and nothing happened? I doubt that very much.
