Weird Invisible Inventory Blocks

Many blocks/items in the inventory menu are turning invisible for me, this has always happened and I'm wondering how to fix it, or if anyone else has this problem. It happens to all mods.

i had the same problem when i installed optifine, when i got rid of it, it was fixed.
