Vanilla Custom Mod Pack

Hello!

I have a problem with my custom mod pack. Every time I go on it on the launcher just brings up vanilla. As far as I'm aware I have done very step on the tutorial and my dropbox file is public. Please could you provide a solution to fix this I really want to play my modpack, I've looked everywhere.

Edit: I've made some progress but now when i try to download it it gets stuck on this
