please help new bid dig server problems

I'm new to minecraft servers and i recently tried to start a new big dig server (only the second server I've ever made one first being hexxit) and followed a guide on youtube to start it up but when i launch the batch file i get the following error messages im guessing i need to manually download and replace some files but not sure on how to. I've noticed that in the mods folder the files are still zipped even though i extracted everything to a new folder
