Can't get old pack to work now

I play an old pack on an old version of minecraft. I have added some mods to it myself and removed some of the mods it came with. Technic launcher updated for me just now and I can't play my game anymore. I still have all the files and saves, but it isn't a choice in the launcher and when I tried to tell the launcher where to look for it it says it has to be a url. There is no url anymore. This stuff is really old but I liked it just fine and would like to keep playing it.

I used Plus-Pack for Minecraft 1.4.6/1.4.7

I don't want to update or use any other mod pack. I just want back what I was playing literally yesterday but I don't know how to get back the functionality I had not even 12 hours ago. I tried to make the new launcher use vanilla minecraft 1.4.7, and then put my old files in that directory, but it auto updates to vanilla 1.4.7 on every startup instead of just running with what's in there. I'm not very good with computers so any help is appreciated.

1.6 Techinc Launcher Update technically is telling the modpack to either update or get lost.

It does look that way.

I'll ask this then. How do I initilize the files I have? I know what I have works, I just don't know how to manually turn it on.
