Description of Problem:

there are countless people on here trying to start a 1.1.8 server (just like me) and its not downloading files. now i'm a complete idiot with this stuff BUT i figured out quickly that it's a problem with the 1.1.8 server files trying to access something that's not there.... now if your starting a fresh server 1.1.9 works just fine even though its not the recommended build yet. just select the 1.1.9 build on your launcher and server owners here is the link. http://forums.technicpack.net/threads/lets-test-tekkit-1-1-9.53199/

just trying to stop the spam on the forum here. tekkit devs PLEASE update the 1.1.8 server file so people can stop freaking out about not being able to play.
