RailCarts all acting Stuck in the Mud

So i've bulid a giant railway connecting my home to the end portal. It's entirely out of normal Rails & powered rails. Everything worked fine for a day or two, but now the entire track is acting like unpowered powered rail: Carts roll half a tile and then stop. Even on regular rail if I just push them they only bounce about half a block and stop.

I tried restarting the server, and nothing changed. Ideas?

So do ordinary minecarts work? Also please use proper grammar and capitalization to the best of your ability, this is my first minute on tekkit forums and I already feel sorry for the moderators.

Nope.. I've tried empty carts, chest carts, and player-filled carts, all show identical behavior.

if you have the watch of flowing time in your hotbar that could be causing it. It was happening to me and when i moved the watch it fixed it.
