Custom Modpack not working with the 1.6.x beta launcher

I have created a modpack called totallytech which is hidden currently. It worked fine in the old launcher, but when i was forced to upgrade, it stopped working. I have completely deleted and reinstalled my launcher, which helped somewhat. Now i can launch the modpack and get to the world creation screen. When I attempt to load a new world it gets to the loading world screen but does not go any further. I have left it alone for an hour while i went to get dinner and it never loaded.

When I looked in my logs, I noticed that it appeared to be launching normally and stopping the internal server normally, which is weird. Full logs in pastebin since i cannot figure out how to create spoiler tags I cannot use pastebin because the file is too big if someone wants my logs, tell me how to create a spoiler tag.

Give us the crash report, not the whole log. Also, try increasing PermGen.

there is no permgen option in the new launcher.
